No. Docs have to do blood tests to get the dosage right, and repeat once every 6 months/year. Synthroid is the common drug for hypo-thyroidism (low levels). It's a tiny thing, no big deal.

It is such a science to get the right dosage, no manufacturer in their right mind would sell it OTC. You have to go to an Endocronologist ( I know I spelled it wrong but its a hard word to get right).
