Is there a way to find out who sent a Bond?
DD got one in the mail for her birthday, but we have no clue who it is from.....

I don't think so. We got one when my DD was born 2 years ago and no one yet has said they sent it, we've asked everyone, and we have no clue where it came from.

There should be a phone number somewhere- I think they are issued by the Treasury Department?
DD got a bond last year- we had no idea who could have sent it. I called and they said they'd find out, and they did. In the meantime, I got a card from the issuer with the name of the person who sent the bond. So there might be a card on the way with the gift giver's name.
