That night? Or do I have to wait for the next day? We are having some trouble with the local networks since we moved and Directtv can't come until Saturday

Usually it is the next day you can download them. You would have to download bit torrent to your computer. You can get it from here:

http://www.bittorrent.com/

Then once you have that you can go to mininova and download the torrents and depending on how fast your connection is you can have it in a few minutes or hours. There are other sites out there to get torrents, but I don't know them offhand. I usually use VLC player to watch them, b/c that plays any format.

I would check and see if it is on that network's website. Sometimes you have to be careful when you download (I use peer guardian) b/c sometimes networks aren't happy when people download TV shows b/c there is no advertising.

Most local networks are avaiable next day on there respective website...

HULU is really good. Shows are streaming, so you don't need to download anything.
