The foods & meds you can not take/eat while pregnant?

I know safefetus.com is one where it lists medications. Otherwise, maybe pregnancy.com for diet?

The rule of thumb is that if it is a domestic cheese, than it has to be made with Pasturized milk & is therefore OK. Also if any cheese is cooked/melted it is ok.
Imported cheeses are a no-no.
Tell your friend to read labels & make sure that the cheese is made with pasturized milk.
