Is there a website where I could...
see what my house would look like with a Dormer or an extension? A site where I could upload pic of my house....
If not, that would be a great idea for someone to create.

I've never seen one before, but ITA that it would be a cool site to see. Being the owner of a small ranch (where we can really only go up !), I'd love to see a site like that!

yes....there is a such thing. We purchased it from best buy. you can do anything and create anything as well.
We used it for when we were thinking about dorming and it helped a lot.

They certainly aren't cheap but I might get one to help with ideas for my blah backyard.

If you are doing a full dormer you can pretty much make your house look however you want.
If you get some estimates from contractors, they should have pictures as to different designs for a full dormer.
