Is there any cold/sinus congestion/cough meds safe for BF?
I am miserable....today is day 3 of not feeling well and I need something. My head is so congested it hurts to move and talk. I feel so much pressure behind my eyes and nose....

Kellymom is a good resource. I try not to take anything, but when I have to I take Sudafed (the little red ones) for congestion and plain Robitussin for cough.
