Is there any trick to dislodging the baby's foot from my rib?
It really hurts and I feel like its constant for weeks now... any suggestions?

I stretch as high as I can - arms over my head, etc. And then take one hand and gently push on the area the baby's foot is in.
Sometimes it works, sometimes he pushes harder!!

Yes, stretch you arm high up and than slowly pull it down. Another good one I heard of is getting on your hands and knees and doing an "angry cat" pose with your back up and out, than relaxing. Repeat a few times. That one works for me whenever I needed to remove a pesky little foot out of my rig case, esophagus or any other place.

Yup hands and knees helps. My DD was in my ribs pretty much the whole 3rd tri until she dropped. I totally know how you feel!
