Is there any way... (picture related)
To change a picture, in any editing program from horizontal to vertical...I've tried cropping, resizing, everything.... I'm frustrated

I'm viewing them in the "my pictures" folder in "my documents" Every time I try and edit these pictures, it takes me into Microsoft art, and the pictures come out ENORMOUS...
I can also look at them in photobucket if that helps...

Image->Flip/Rotate
Simple to use, and it's built into Windows.

mine has a rotate option under viewing, where resizing is.

Ok, I found that and maybe I'm just horrible at this stuff, but doesn't it fiip the whole picture around? That's what's happening to me...

You can just right click on the image and it should give you the option to rotate.

I am pretty sure you don't mean "rotating" the pic ... 
If I'm correct, its in the cropping.
FM me the pic if you want, I will try to do it for you.
