Other than duct taping it to DD's head?! Just kidding
DD likes to suck on her pacifier. It's not all day which I am grateful for, but the times that she does want it, she sucks and then of course it falls out and I have to put it back in. So like I said, other than duct tape, is there any way to keep it from falling out so frequently?

Re: Is there any way to get a pacfier to stay in?
This happened to DS all the time until a weeks or so ago....I'm thinking maybe it was just his sucking strength or tongue strength that he was finally able to keep it in himself. It still drops out occassionally but not nearly as much as before. Now usually if he lets it drop he really doesn't want it anymore. Maybe give it a couple more weeks...I think your DC is a couple weeks behind mine if I remember correctly? Def. pick up one of those cord fasteners that attaches to her outfit, those were a godsend for us...I don't know why it took us forever to buy them but after crawling around on the floor in the dark to pick up the pacifiers after late night feedings i couldn't take it anymore.

While sleeping? No, IMO, there's nothing safe that will do that. You'll have to put it back yourself. It's just a waiting process until they eventually are able to put it back themselves. A very tiring waiting process....
