Is there something similar to C25K for more experienced runners?
I've run a few 5Ks and can comfortably run up to 4 miles. I'd like to train for a 10K and like the idea of the podcasts like they have for C25K. Is there such a thing for training for longer distances? I've seen Hal Higdon's training plan and am figuring out how to follow it with my schedule but having something to listen to makes it so much better. TIA

There is the "One Hour Runner"...I think that might be Hal Hidgons...it pretty much picks up where Couch 2 5k leaves off. You could probably start at week 3 or 4.
