I am looking for a warm footsie pajama that is not made out of polyester. Does this even exist?! The pajamas DS wears now are all cotton but they are not that warm. I put a onsie on underneath but when it's really cold out, I just feel like he may need something warmer. He gets a rash from the poly sleepers because they don't breathe.

Any recs? Right now he wears Carters/ Gymboree/ Little Me cotton footie pajamas.

I think they make them polyester because of the fire hazard with cotton Chat Icon I can never find 100% cotton ones either.

Have you tried thermals? Target has nice ones I have a bunch of, they are usually on an end cap. They don't have feet but I feel they are much warmer cotton pj.
