Is there supposed to be a pre-O pattern?
When charting, is there any kind of pattern you should be looking for pre-O?
Or is the dip at O and then the rise after the only real pattern?

I think I remember reading that pre-O it's "best" if your temps don't jump around too much- but I think that's it....maybe Michelle knows more?
