Is there usually a 2nd light line on an OPK?
Sorry for any redundancy, just thought I'd ask...
I am on CD 10. Used an OPK just now, second line def showed up but is lighter. I know that is a negative BUT will it typically only appear when you are around the time of O? Or is it usually there all cycle?

LH is always present in your body, so yes, it's normal to have a 2nd line on the OPK test.

I've always gotten a second line (albeit light) no matter what time of the month I tested.
When it shows as Oing, it will be VERY dark.

I think it all depends on the brand of OPK kit, on some I believe it just has to show & on others it needs to be darker than the first line.
