Is this a good sign?Updated..advise needed
My friend and coworker just called. I used her for reference she said she received a call from someone at a company I interviewed with on friday. Is this good?
5/18 The company made an offer and it was low. I spoke with the HR person and told her what I needed in order to accept the position. She called back and wants me to meet with the VP of Operations on Monday which would be okay but Wed afternoon I have an interview lined up that I have been waiting for and I do not want to miss out. I am hoping she will see me wed.
I also just received an offer from another company I interview with last week. They came in low to but I negotiated more money. The only problem is their compensation package is not that great. I really like the woman I woudl be working for,but I am just not too sure because the benefits/vacation and annual reviews are not that great.
Any advice? Thanks :)

Definitely. They don't check references unless they are seriously interested in you!!! good luck
