Is this a sign or what
So, I have been going through a rough time, as many of you know.
So Sunday is the Jewish holiday of Tish B'Av. We mourn the destruction of the Jewish temple (whose wall is the Wailing Wall in Israel). I normally don't observe the holiday. But with everything that is going on, I decided that I will observe the holiday. I will fast and go to temple and pray.
Dh doesn't want to observe with me. So I was starting to doubt if I should.
Then today I am at a deposition with about 10 other lawyers. One of the lawyers happens to be my Rabbi's son. The same Rabbi I had my entire life, who married my parents, bat mitzva'd me and my sister, married me and named my daughter.
So is that a sign or what.

It's a sign. Follow your heart and observe. I can't see how you'd regret it.

Definitely a sign. Do what your heart is telling you to do. If you are feeling spiritual and want to go to shul, by all means, do so. It's such a personal experience, and you can go on your own.
that I forgot that Sunday was Tisha B'Av. Not that I usually observe, but I've been feeling guilty about not going to shul in a ridiculously long time!
