Is this enough food?
Having 8 friends/family over next week for a psychic party. I am not serving dinner, just foods to pick on. So far I have:
pasta salad
chicken/broccoli roll ups
ricotta/tomato tarts
artichoke dip with chips and Italian bread
greek veggie salad
oreo cookie bars
brownies
Is this enough?

Sounds like plenty to me. In addition to the Italian bread, maybe carrots & celery would go nice with the artichoke dip.
