Is this enough food?
We are having an ADULT  christmas party next friday night. We are just doing apps and desserts. and lots of drinks 
20 adults.
Tray of wings
cocktail meatballs
bacon wrapped Jalepeno poppers
crescent roll buffalo chicken ring
pigs in the blanket
shrimp cocktail
veggie platter
cheese and crackers
tomatoe/mozz skewers
7 layer taco dip
corn/bean dip
chips and onion dip
Possibly:
antipast skewers
crab dip
enough?
anything you would add?

Sounds like plenty. You have lots of options with protein so I don't think a hero is necessary especially if it's on the later side.
I've been seeing those little soft pretzel bites at parties lately with a variety of dipping sauces. Not sure if it's a Costco thing but they are yummy and seem to go over well. But again, I think you have plenty of options already.

I went to a similar party and they also had pizza cut up into roughly bit sized squares. It seemed to come from the pizza place like this but it worked really well. Just an idea. What you have sounds great though!

We just did this at a friends get together. We asked them to cut each pie into 16 pieces instead of 8. Worked really well.

We usually do this with the bruschetta pizza. Always a hit!
I made a Greek layer dip that was a big success. Ground beef in Greek spices, chopped onions tomatoes, lettuce tiziki, hummus and black olives. Served with puta chips

Yes. We usually only do apps and desserts when we have parties and what you listed is plenty.
We always have SO much food.
