Is this enough food?

We are having a party with about 65-70 adults and 35-40 kids. Planning on the following for food:

All full trays -

Baked ziti
Meatballs
Eggplant parm
Chicken parm
Chicken Marsala
Sausage & peppers
Ravioli

Plus 8 pizzas and a tray of spinach garlic knots

Is that enough food?

Thanks!

ETA: Not sure if it makes a difference, but this is for a dinner before a ceremony honoring my stepson, so there will only be one hour for people to eat.

I think it's enough, but it's a lot of sauce. I would maybe switch out the ravioli for a pasta primavera and maybe only one parm dish? Like do a chicken marsala and francese or balsamic? I might add a salad, too.

If there's only an hour I'd probably do less food and more pizza. And definitely add some salads.

Its a lot - but of similar type things, i'd remove a tray or two and add a salad or two and maybe another kind of bread as well.

Re: Is this enough food?

I would definitely substitute a salad in there. Maybe a rice side too.

I'd throw in a salad and some rolls. Since you already have the baked ziti and there's a lot of red sauce dishes here, I'd probably swap the ravioli for a rice dish of some sort or maybe cavatelli with broccoli and oil. And I would probably swap out the chicken marsala and replace it with chicken francese (or add that in) because I know a lot of people don't like mushrooms.

Thanks everyone! I think switching the Marsala for Francese sounds like a good idea. And a different pasta from the ravioli might be a good idea too - hadn't realized how much red saice there was. Thanks for pointing that out Chat Icon . And there will also be regular Italian bread aside from the garlic knots. When we were speaking to the owner of the restaurant to order, he suggested not getting a salad - said it usually goes to wast, but maybe we'll add that in too.
