Is this enough food for 100 people? Please give me your opinion.
Alexander's christening is on Sunday and we are having 100 people. We're going to have some cheese and cracker trays and shrimp cocktail for when people arrive. For the main food I ordered the following, all are large trays:
2 stuffed rigatoni bolagnase
2 penne vodka
2 chicken francese
2 eggplant parm
2 fried calamari
2 meatballs
1 mixed veggies
2 house salad
1 garlic knot
Bread
Do you think that is just right, too much or too little? I am so nervous that I'm not going to have enough.

Oh yeah! I had half of the food you listed at DS's party and about 50 people and there was plenty left over...some people took it home! Everything sounds yummy!

I had 100 people and about 2 less trays and had left overs...youll be fine. yummy menu - have fun!

Are you having it catered? I am sure if that's what they suggested for 100 you will be fine. They usually over estimate.

Thank you everyone, you have put my mind at ease! I felt it was enough but my mom keeps saying we should order like 3 more trays. I tried to explain to her that what I ordered should feed at least 120 people but she still felt like it wasn't enough so I was getting nervous.

For DS's Christening we had 75 ppl and 15 kids. I had 8 full trays of food and 3 large trays of salad and bread and we had leftovers.
