Is this good price for grass
To clean up lots of roots and tree stump grindings, level out 15 yards of top soil in the front and back yard, and then plant grass seed......$800?????

Not sure but it sounds like a lot... Why don't you have them remove the roots, stump and level the yard... Do you really need top soil? And do your own seed work...

That sounds like a deal to me....
I just had the front of my house de-rooted, topsoil, sod in the front and seed on the side and in the rear for 2,300.00.
When I had a stump in the back ground it cost 400 for one stump.

That sounds VERY cheap to me. I just got a quote to overturn and level out my backyard and put topsiol and seed for $1100! And my backyard is very small and there are no trees or bushes.

Top soil is not included in the price....we already ordered that a while ago and they aren't grinding the stumps....they are cleaning up the stump grindings and roots that are all over the place from the trees and shrubs we had pulled out a month ago........just wanted to be clearer
