is this ok?
i weight train normally, although ive taken it easy the past few weeks.. waiting for my appointment on monday.
my husband was working out and i jumped up and did a few pullups and i feel like i felt strain in my uterus. it was pretty mild, but i felt it and got scared.
ive felt it, i guess stretching, a bit over the past few weeks.
should i worry about what i just felt?
ETA: my husband just explained that it could be my lower abdominal muscles as well.

Sounds like Round Ligament Pain... It's okay, I would just go slow next time. When I was about 16/17 weeks I got up way too fast and I saw stars the ligament pain was so bad. I never did that again.

Re: is this ok?
It probably was round ligament pain. You're supposed to be able to do what your body is used to so I'm sure you're fine
