is this wrong....
do you think it is wrong for me to apply for a new position the middle of the school year??
im not making good money right now, and i am nervous that i will not have a job next year. but i LOVE my school and that is what is making this more difficult.

did you sign a contract? that's where it can get unethical...but there is nothing wrong with applying...you can make the decision if/when you get the job
