Is timestamp fixed?
I think the timestamp may be fixed.
As a test, I am posting this on 3/17/2021 at 10:45 AM.

Been there, done that too many times lately...  I'm not cheering that it's fixed until it lasts a few weeks.

Wow - this version is really bad! I tried starting a thread and I didn't see it so I entered it again, and nothing. It also shows as new threads being 19 years old. Oof!
