Isabella is sick...
really sick. She's had a fever for 2 days now, pretty high. Her 2 eye teeth cut through yesterday so I chalked it up to that. She woke up with sores in her mouth and on her chin. I took her to the doctor and the fast strep test was negative, her blood count shows infection. My poor baby. On top of getting these MONSTER teeth she gets an infection. She's napping now, but she just walks around and cries and lays on the couch I hate this.

Re: Isabella is sick...
the sores may indicate cosaxie virus...did the dr. mention that ?
I hope she feels better, Katie is sick too with croup.

that's what I thought too, she said no because the sores with coxsackie are usually in the back of the mouth. Isabella's are in the front.

Really? When my niece had cosaxie she has sores in the front and back of the mouth (she had it 3 times last summer from camp), its VERY contagious too! They also run very high fevers.
Hope she feels better!

I know...but the Dr. said by looking at her bloodwork the infection loks like it's a bacterial one, and cosaxie is a viral infection. I just wish I had a name for this infection....thanks though
