It's a rewards type card thing you sign up for to earn free movies, etc. http://www.nationalamusements.com/programs/star_pass.asp

You have to pay for each of you, so you just get one free ticket, it doesn't matter who uses it since it's the same price for both people I think.
Schedule for Nick movies (wonderpets this weekend) They are every Thursday and Saturday$6.00 for all tickets
nick
Schedule for Kidtoons (pumpkin movie all month long) they are every Sunday and Tuesday $3.50 for all tickets
kidtoons
Also they do a storytime after the movie on select dates
Kids of all ages are invited to join us for Kidtoons StoryTime, at select locations. Each month we will offer a new popular story the whole family will enjoy. Our animated storyteller will encourage you to use your imagination by bringing your favorite characters to life. Kids are invited to participate in creative activities and will get a coupon for a FREE slice of pizza (Where applicable)! Kidtoons Storytime will be held at 11:30 a.m. immediately following the Kidtoons feature at participating locations

Kids under 2 should be free, so if DC is under 2, you just pay for yourself.

How was it?
Is it just a 30 min. episode?
Were the kids good?

I didn't like the Dora movie b/c it was just 2 episodes from TV which we can watch at home. However, they were read a story at the end. We also went to the Abby in Wonderland movie which I liked much better than the Nick Jr. one and it was only $3.50 instead of $6.
