It really is a great idea to switch up our beauty products!

I have always heard that your hair/face can get used to a certain product after you use it for so long but I thought it was a myth.

I used frizz ease serum and straightener for YEARS but about a year ago, my hair got all frizzy and limp and gross. I bought this expensive organic straightening mousse that smelled horrid and it worked for a while, but lately my hair has been looking horrible again. So, I went back to my frizz ease and it works so great again!! So happy! So now I am always going to alternate between different products ( and never spend too much on a fancy product again! )

When I was younger I used to always rotate my hair care products because of this and people were always complementing me on how shiny my hair was. I have to remember to do it now because I did notice a difference.

I have 3 different sets of shampoo and conditioner in the shower because I'm convinced my hair becomes "immune" and I have to switch it up every couple of days.
