Italian Restaurant Recommendations
I posted last week looking for a restaurant to host my MIL and FIL's surprise birthday party. I called a few places and was SHOCKED by some of the prices (not even including alcohol). Can anyone recommend some other Italian restaurants in the Western Nassau Area (preferably South Shore) that have great Italian food? I have to call around and get more prices because we definitely can't swing a party with the numbers I'm getting!! TIA

Definately La Parma or Pompei in W.Hempstead!
Both have very yummy food!!!!!

The food at Sole in Oceanside is amazing and they have a 'private' back room -
Il Bacetto in Seaford on Jerusalem doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's adorable inside and the food is fabulous ........
I'm not a fan of La Parma ........
There's a place in Rockville Center my cousin just had her rehearsal dinner - Food was great, - It's on Sunrise Highway on the S side of the road - Cielo's or something like that ???

DH and I went to a surprise party at Filomena’s in Franklin Square last year. I don’t know how the prices are, but the food was excellent!!!!!

There's an Umbertos in Wantagh ........They have a back room too. - Food was good (not the best I've ever had, but definitely good) - and I think the prices are pretty reasonable too .......

We went to a RD for a wedding my DH was in here & it was very good
