Itchiness / Skin Stretching / Stretch Marks
Help! Make the itchiness stop! What can I do?? I have been using Palmers Coco Butter, Palmers Coco Oil, Vitamen E Oil, Body Shop Shea Body Butter, Aveeno Stress Relief Moisturizing Lotion ... nothing is making the itchiness stop. I have too many weeks to go to keep on scratching!
HELP!

Are there prescription creams your doc can give you?

Re: Itchiness / Skin Stretching / Stretch Marks
I'm 26 1/2 weeks and believe it or not I'm only itchy when I do put creams on.
I found this out b/c I usually put lotion on my legs every day and now bending over to reach my feet causes my belly to rub against my lotion-ed leg...and that part of my belly was always itchy. I since started being more careful not to get anything on my belly and I'm fine now.

Maybe some baby oil will help? When I first started to show I used baby oil and then moved onto the cocoa butter and I have had NO itchies.

funny you should say that, because i lotion my belly every day but lately i've noticed some hives on it... maybe i'd be better off not using anything at all

Possibly. I meant to add that I also used the palmers coco butter stretch mark one, directly on my belly, and that too made me itch.
