It's 6:00pm...do I know where my son is? UPDATE
Yes I do. He's at his Grandma's house...for a date!!
My 5 year old wanted to visit Grandma today, but of course we had a million things to do.
So around 5:00 he said, "I'm calling Grandma.". He got on the phone, I told him the #'s, he dialed Grandma and said, "I'm coming over." 
I just dropped him off with a backpack full of games. He said, "Hi Grandma. I'm here for our date!!."
Too funny. So now I'm home with the little one, DH is out food shopping and the house is oh-so quiet!!

UPDATE:
So my son gave me the full report after his date.
He and Grandma painted some pictures, played dominoes, Memory, Checkers, and Crazy Eights. Then they made up stories to tell each other. And of course, what's a visit to Grandma's without ice cream!
When I went back to pick him up, he said, "Mom...me and Grandma are still dating. Come back later."
Too cute.

Why don't you guys come over for a little playdate. The kids can play downstairs (with Russ), and you and I can hang upstairs...I just bought a HUGE Mocha Cappucino mix!!

Just kidding. It's so cute how he wanted to spend that time with Grandma and i'm sure Grandma had a ball. That really is precious!
