It's a beautiful day, but let's remember...
I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday weekend!
Please take one minute to remember why (some of us) are off from work today.
The US has celebrated Memorial Day since the end of the Civil War. It was known as Decoration Day because families, friends, and members of the community left wreaths and flags on the graves of fallen soldiers.
Today we remember all US soldiers who have died serving their country. Let's pause to remember their sacrifice and bravery.
Happy Memorial Day, everyone!

We were watching Born on the 4th of July to really think about what this day is about and the sacrifces people have had to make - especially for this ridiculous war going on....
