It's all Conigs fault! (And temping question)
It's all Conigs fault that I took my temp over an hour early this morning, because I had a very realistic dream that I got an FM from her announcing that she got a BFP. I woke up right after and had to come on here and check - but alas, no FM. Then I couldn't go back to sleep.
My temp at 5:05 was 97.20 and then I tried to go back to sleep and did sleep for a little, but took it again at 5:45 (my regular time) and it was 97.72. This stinks! I recorded the 97.2 as my chart time since that was the waking temperature after at least 3 consecutive hours of sleeping, but man did that mess up my chart!
It's all conigs fault because I dream about her getting a BFP!
(Love you Conigs )
I forgot to add my question: Did I do the right thing in terms of using my 5:05 temperature for charting purposes?

Yep, I would use the early temp. You can always adjust it with the data corrector to account for the extra 40 minutes, but I wouldn't use the later temp. It's most likely that high because your sleep was interrupted.

yes use the earlier one, i don't know what program you use but i used theTCOYF and it would also ask for a time if it varied from your usual and it would adjust the temp accordingly

I would use the temp corrector on the earlier temp. Do not use the temp where you did not get 3 hours of consecutive sleep.
