Its been a week...
Its been a week since the d and c and it seems like its been a lifetime ago. Seems also everything reminds me of when I was pregnant
How did u ladies get through this and the courage to try again...im really trying

Its been a week for me too. I've been in bed crying all week. Everyting reminds me of being pregnant-the sight of tomatoes makes me cry. I have no advice- just hugs

It just takes time... everyone said that to me when I was where you are and it felt impossible to believe, but it is true.
I still cry about it three and a half months later, but not as often.
Starting TTC again scares me but now that I am there and having issues again, the thought of never having a baby scares me more, so I have to try to get through it and deal with the fear.
It will get better with time. It'll never go away, but it will get better.

Like Megs4 said, it honestly takes time. Every single day will get better and better. I know it doesn't feel like that now, but it will. I had my loss in March and am pregnant again; I STILL cry about my loss. I found myself yesterday at work crying about it. You NEVER, EVER fully get over it, but in time- you learn how to deal with it and it won't be so consuming.
I am so sorry!!!!!

Thank you all for the responses. I really am just trying to get through this, and it just makes me so sad to know we had a little heartbeat and it was taken from us 
The thought of trying again scares me...I just want it to happen and have a healthy baby at the end

It's been a week for me too.
In some ways, it feels like being pregnant was a dream or something.
It feels so lonely in our home now. I always thought we had a good life, were always busy, etc. Now, thinking of these things (going out with friends, vacations, shopping, etc.) just doesn't feel like it would bring me the same happiness. I still feel kind of empty.
sorry, no advice, just that I'm in a similar situation.

time time and time...each day got a smidge easier for me and by two three weeks although I was still very sad I felt like myself again. I still cry at times and things remind me of my pregnancy but I expect that might never go away..

It's officially a week for me and I know it hurts so much. It seems everything reminds you when you were pregnant. I have no advice myself but just know your not alone

Thanks ladies...just trying to keep busy and get out as much as I can. Most of my family knows and they have been such an amazing support, I think this whole thing has actually brought us closer...hoping time will continue to heal
I am sorry to all of you for your loss. I am glad I found this board, as its nice to have someone to talk to who understand the feelings
