It's been a while since I posted on here.....

but I wanted to say that I'm still doing WW and I am totally still loving it. This was my 11th week and I'm down 10.6lbs. I am finding the new points plus system so much easier to follow and I find myself making much healthier food choices, while allowing myself to use my 49 points for one meal out or a dessert splurge each week.
I just feel so good! I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, but being a working mom of two children, having little time to work out and dealing with life in general, I'm just proud of myself for sticking to it! I was feeling down because I had only lost .2lbs for two weeks in a row, but I stuck to it and it all caught up this week with an almost 4lb. loss.
Anyway, I thought I'd say hi, see how all my fellow WW people are doing

That's awesome! Its crazy how you don't see results at first sometimes, but then all of a sudden your body just starts reacting and losing! Keep up the great work!
