It's D-Day... Need help picking paint color for baby's room!!
We're going to buy the paint tonight. I can't believe how difficult this is turning out to be.
I need a color for the baby's room. Although I really like some paint shades of blue, DH and I decided to not paint the room blue since we'll accent the room with blue instead (we have wall hangings that match the Vintage Mickey, as well as Yankee stuff we're incorporating into the room).
I'm thinking just a classic cream or white. I was thinking yellowish, but not BLATANTLY yellow. I'd rather err on the side of cream than yellow.
This is the bedding we're looking to match:

I agree with the beige, I don't think a cream would look right.
Also, I know you don't want blue, but I think the bedding looks great with blue walls.

A nice neutral tan would go great. It will still give that vintage feel that the bedding has and you can pair any color on top of it. It won't compete with the the accent colors you choose. Sherwin Wiliiams makes a nice color called Kilim Beige. It's a soft tan. I love your bedding!

I also agree, a beige/tan like the one from the bedding would be nice if you're choosing to accent with the brighter colors...
not cream or yellow
home depot could even color match to the exact beige/tan in the bedding if you bring something from the set

ITA! i would use the beige that's in the bedding and match the walls to that.

That is SO funny you just said that!!! I just was searching on the Internet and fell in LOVE with Kilim Beige!!! The annoying thing is that there are two pictures of that paint color and they look totally different to me.

I have the color in my house and it's really nice. I don't think you will be disappointed with it. It is a very light beige.

Thank you! When the sunlight shines in, is it bright and glowy enough for a baby's room?
These are the two pics I was trying to post of Kilim Beige before... see how different they look?
