its official.. we are remodeling our kitchen with HD.. can you help me with colors? with pics!
i am so happy that we are finally doing our kitchen! 
Home Depot came friday to give us an estimate for installation.. and it was in our range.. so we are going with them!!
so my question is.. i have NO clue what color floor to choose..  what would even go well with these colors? and do you usually pick the same color as the backsplash?
this is our color cabinet.. not the actual one.. its called Cherry Chocolate Glaze.
and this is our granite color..
Amazon Ubatuba.. it has speckles of dark green in it..

That's awesome De!! Ok what color are the walls going to be?
But without knowing that I'd say go with a lighter tile..like the ones in the picture. It will open up the room. Darker floors tend to close up a room and make it look smaller.

for the wall color we were thinking of a sage color..

We have a similar tile floor in the first picture you posted. I'd go with a light tan/cream tile maybe like the below and a light backsplash too since you're going with the black granite.

Awesome! I like the idea of a light floor-probably picking up colors from the backsplash.

Also-I like the idea of using the darker color from the backsplash in the floor-the beigey color. Would make the room feel warmer I think.

I would def. go with a beige tile. My sister just did her backsplash and she used a beige tile with this kind of glass accent. She did 2 ros only of the glass tiles. It looks gorgeous. Maybe you could find a green that would pick up the green paint or the green in the granite.

or this one. Maybe this one would go better with the colors you want in the room.

It is expensive, but we did this too in our kitchen, just not the wave glass tile. When you install this kind of tile, you are only using two or three rows at a time with the ceramic tile, so we only bought 5 sheets (11"x12") and it cost I think $125 for the tile we bought. So depending how big your kitchen is and how many rows you want to put up together, it will cost you more or less depending on what you decide. I hope that makes sense. If not let me know.
My sister did something like this but with the glass tile towards the bottom.

Definitely a light tile, like a tan or beige. I like speckled tiles.
