It's official...I'm a wimp
MS hasn't even set in for me yet--but I just laid in bed tossing and turning for the past hour, feeling kinda sick to my stomach. So what did I do?
I called out sick to work.
I don't know how I'm getting through these next 8 weeks of school--I find it very hard to function when I'm feeling even a little bit nauseous.

I would keep some crackers by your bed, or suc k on some peppermint candy.

I actually do have both handy--I really think it's the whole "mind over matter" thing, and I don't have it mastered yet.

Anything with ginger should help alleviate the nausea. BRU also has these things called mommy pops. Seems to have worked wonders for other preggos!

Peppermint candy/gum, water, Ritz or Saltines (with peanut butter), and sea bands.

Besides what everyone suggested also try eating those things more often. I noticed if I went to long without food that didn't make me feel queezy I felt worse.
