It's over!!!
Well....almost! Possibly my worst year of teaching ever....and it's just about over.
I was sad to see my students go today....they were the only good things about the year.....

I can relate.
They weren't horrible jueville deliquents but the apathy and sense of entitlement was palpable.
My motto for the year was
"Rise to the level of mediocrity"
I'm sorry to say but I hope the Regents is fair but a wake up call... oh, and no ridiculous mysterious curve a.k.a. the best wake up call for them would be failure. Some of them, and their parents, need to be shaken a bit.... summer school might do it

OMG. Do we teach in the same district? You stated my feelings exactly about my kids this year. Love the motto BTW
