It's over!
I finished my reviews!
1 team member is filing a grievance against me, which I expected. No big suprise considering this is his 6th grievance against various people in the office. Dude, GET A CLUE, it's you, not your supervisors!!
BUT, four of my team members told me that I'm the best supervisor they've ever had. Huge, HUGE compliment considering they are 10+ years older than me and have been working in this office for at least 10-15 years each, under various supervision.
And I just got my own rating - apparently I received the highest rating of any first-time supervisor for this office.
Tooooot tooooot!
