IUI 2moro and need some hope...

This will be my first gonal-f/iui cycle and i'm worried cause i thought i would have more follicles but i only have one on the right side that is measuring at 20. There were others but they were less than 8 and the seem to be diminishing, so no chance of catching up

I always thought injectables increased the number of mature follicles and i only have one. Is there hope for a good outcome?

On the plus side, i always had mature follicles on my left side and this is the first time on the right. So maybe its a good sign.

Don't want to stress about it but maybe you ladies who have had an injectable cycle have more insight.
