IUI cycle cramps

I had my IUIs on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I hadn't ovulated yet despite the trigger shot the day before. On Sunday I still hadn't ovulated but the follicle changed position and the RE said it was ready to drop and I would ovulate within 12-24 hours. So I probably Od between Sunday and Monday.

If I count Monday as dpo1, on dpo2 I had really bad cramps with diarrhea. So bad I convinced myself it was food poisoning. Then at dpi 3-4 I was getting unbelievable cramps. Like first day of period. It's to early for implantation right?

Any idea whats going on? I called the RE and he said it was probably nothing and to just take it easy today, just in case. I know a drs opinion should be the one that matters, but sometimes I feel like others going through it and sharing symptoms have more knowledge then the best doctors.

By the way I had a myomectomy in Sept 2012 and my stomach is still sensitive, though they say that it takes two years for the tingling/sensitive feeling to go away completely but most women are able to conceive as early as 6 months later. But I can't help but wonder if the pain is related to that?

It's def not implantation. Cramps could have been from ovulating, the increased hormones, or even psychological because you were so focused on it. Just try to live your life and not think about every ache and twinge.

Are you on progesterone?? I had cramping from that. You could also have a bug. I don't think I've gotten diarrhea from the meds yet.

Definitely wasn't in my head, was way to painful.

Anyone have any experience with all this after a myomectomy?

I'm not sure what your cramps could be from. I did have an IUI done on Thursday, I had bad cramps on Wednesday and Thursday. Didn't have diarrhea but TMI, really constipated.
