I've got a quiche-tion.
I've never made a quiche before. If there are leftovers, how many days will they be good for?

I'd say three days max from the time you make it.
Personally, after the third day I'd throw it out.

i had a brocolli rabe and pignoli quiche from Uncle Guisseppies that I kept in the fridge for close to a week. The last piece tasted just as good as the first (and was still in the sell by date).
