I've had this crampy dull ache/pain
all day right above my pelvic bone. it's been coming and going, has anyone else experienced this? I'm 21 weeks now

ETA the baby has been moving a lot today

I remember I used to get menstral like cramping and then occ. sharp pains if I got up quick. It's all normal, I think it's your body making room (stretching) for your little one
