IVF-GHI ?
So this was my 5th IUI and its a bust. We are contemplating moving forward with IVF I know that GHI does not cover the whole IVF. I also know that everyone is different but can anyone give me a ballpark figure of how much it cost out of pocket?

Not sure of the final cost, but I have GHI and just had my first IVF cycle. On the phone they told me it would be between 1500-2000, but that doesnt include freezing, ICSI, and some other stuff I think...

I still have not received a price but I do know that they cover 75% for 3 cycles and I must pay 25%

That's what I would be covered for too (if we have to move to IVF)
I have GHI through the Employees of City of New York (Group CBP)

That's what I would be covered for too (if we have to move to IVF)
I have GHI through the Employees of City of New York (Group CBP)
I have the exact same plan. My husband is a plumber. If it ends up coming down to IVF for us, I might switch during open season. So far this one has been pretty good; before this we had HIP

DH has that plan. That is why I had him add me during open enrollment when we were TTC before Abby. I thought we MIGHT need it. I was fortunate in that I did not, but I am still glad I went on in case we did.

I have GHI my DH works for the city. I think I ended up paying 4500.00 out of pocket for the IVF cycle which included 1 yr of storage.

Thank you so much for all the replies. DH also works for the city. Does the IVF procedure with GHI have only a certain amount allowed?
For example if it takes 3 times to get pregnant and then you want another child do they pay again for more IVF?
Also do they have loans or payment plans?
Thank you all so much I really do appreciate all the help being that IVF is overwhelming.

I have GHI and just paid a 25% co-pay for my first IVF. GHI cover 3 Fresh & 3 Frozen Lifetime Cycles. GL!
