IVF starting with BCP

I took my last BCP last night. For those put on BCP before the IVF cycle, did you get AF as soon as you stopped? I go for blood wk and sono on Wednesday and start my injectables, I've read here I think that some people get AF with the Lupron or something. Just want to know what I should be expecting.

I'm pretty excited to start. I knew 2 years ago it was going to come to this (all my friends had to do this - 6 of them and they all have two children today). I just felt like all my dr's were waisting my time (loved their outlook on it), I just wanted to get to it already. So, here I am, and not that I wished this to be the way. I just knew it in the back of my mind. Maybe it's self fulfilling prophecy, I don't know. But, also I'm older (now 40 as of yesterday and I'm OK with it - no choice, right?).

I was on BCP and stayed on it for 5 days after starting Lupron injections. I did get AF 3 days after stopping the pills.

I never ended up getting AF at all when I finished BCP and my RE said that was fine too...Good Luck !
