We used to own Jackson Hewitt and I knew people in their HR team who wouldn't go to them!
They hire something like 4,000 temps in this area and they don't do the best screening process.
If you are going to use them, make sure it's an office that has been around for a while as opposed to one that is what we call a pop-up. Meaning it only pops-up for tax season. Those are the ones probably manned by whatever joe-schmo they could find.
