JCP Portraits in Sunrise Mall?
Has anyone ever been to this one? Just wondering how it is. I've been trying to get in touch with the Roosevelt Field one all day, and no one is answering, so I am debating on bringing dd over to the Massapequa one.

I had the worst experience there. Sorry to say. But this was during Christmas time so it could be different now. It was s o busy, they were 1 1/2 hours over there appointment time. We went with 4 kids. DD is the youngest and didn't want to do anything but the photographer didn't help at all either. She never used the kids names to get heir attention, she just snapped bad pictures and let us be. I didn't buy a single one, my 2 sisters got 1 decent shot each but that was it. 2 poses out of an hour long session. I will never go there again, and thats a shame b/c I loved the one i took dd to for her bday shots in CT. I loved the quality of their photos better than sears but hated Sunrise Mall.

I've never been to Sunrise Mall, but I went to the one in Bayshore mall and I hated them. I got 1 picture that I actually liked, and even then the quality kinda stinks.

Thanks so much for this - I am leaning towards just driving over to the Roosevelt Field one and hoping there isn't a long wait at around 2pm...Just the fact that they aren't answering the phone all morning is driving me insane!!!

That's odd that they are not answering. I can't believe that they are to busy on a Monday

I took my DD there the Saturday of Thanksgiving Weekend for her Holiday Pictures and I had a good experience.
They were about a half hour behind but I expected that because it was the holidays.
The pictures came out great too!

Yeah...I know...so I finally just left a message saying that I had been calling all morning blah blah blah...someone did call back and say that they were booked. Oh well, guess I'll do it another day!
