JCPenneys at Roosevelt Feild Portrait

I am so disappointed with my pictures. Number one, its hot as hell down there so everyone's cheeks are bright red. #2, I picked up my pictures today and they are so incrdibly blurry, I can't believe they even printed them.
To their credit, they were nice about the blurriness and offered to do a re-shoot.
My SIL says the one at Sunrise Mall is a lot better. Experiences with either?

I went to the one in Sunrise Mall and hated it!! The backgrounds were awful and it was sooo crowded. They triple booked.

Plus I have to wait forever to get my pictures

Thank goodness I had a coupon and was just getting them to get them

I havent been to the one at Surnise Mall during the holiday season but Ive been there for regular pics a few times. There is one photog who is great, I think her name was Noreen. My daughter is tough to photograph with a natural smile when posing but she did a wonderful job and got beautiful pictures. Another time I went and had someone else who was horrid. She didnt engage the kids at all (it was 2 2 yr olds) and whenever we almost had a shot, she never took the pictures. Granted 2 2 yr olds isnt easy but every now and again, I felt like yelling "take the picture NOW", she missed any possible shots and we left with nothing. I dont know how many photographers they have but if you go, try to get Noreen.

I always go to the one in Roosevelt Field. I will beyond pi$sed if they are blurry when I pick them up. (mine are due in on Sat) They are usually very good. I have gone their for every photo this past year. I would call the home office. And see what they can do about getting you a special appoitment & your photos back quicker. Especially if you ordered cards. They are able to see the photos from their computer. Give it a shot.

I went to the one in the Westfield mall and my pictures came out adorable. However, they overbook terribly. I brought my 4 month old for pics as we had an 11:10 am appointment. I planned it perfectly for his nap and feeding time so he would be completely satisfied. Well we didn't get in until almost 1pm. I felt really rushed but to their credit the pics did come out really cute.
