She just did an interview fairly recently saying she's thin because she was actually - right while going through a divorce - diagnosed with cancer. I think it said she's starting to recover though, so hopefully she'll look more healthy soon.

I don't remember. I want to say it was a "feminie" cancer, like breast or cervical but I could be wrong. I either read it in People or US, I think. If I remember right they caught it early, but it took a toll on her, especially since it was at the same time as her divorce.

I thought she was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2004  Her withering away has been more recent...

Hmm...the article was definitely recent. I thought it said the cancer was too. I wish I hadn't thrown the magazine away.

she said she had a melanoma removed(skin cancer)
