Jennifer Aniston adopting
Good for her. But, I find it sad that women like Sheryl Crow and Jennifer Aniston have to adopt on their own. Don't get me wrong, they alone can provide much more for a child than my husband and I but there's something that bothers me about a baby not having a dad and these women doing it alone. I admire them so much though!
Sheryl Crow was so cute though with her new son in a magazine I read recently.

I don't think the healthy white infant Cheryl Crow adopted would have been sitting in an orphanage.

Re: Jennifer Aniston adopting
My mom left the family, and my Dad did a great job raising me. I say good for her. She'll have 1000x more help than most single moms and will do a great job.
I also heard this rumor about her isn't true.

I don't remember anyone making a stink when Angelina adopted Maddox
who cares what color the baby is- he has a good home with Sheryl
and whose to say that if a man and woman adopted him- they would have stayed together forever

Re: Jennifer Aniston adopting
I don't see anything wrong with any single person adopting a child provided they can provide for them financially, emotionally, etc. Better to be single than be in a loveless relationship for the sake of the child having a father around.

Well...since she adopted him from an orphanage I'm not sure I see your point.

I really don't understand why it's sad?

Re: Jennifer Aniston adopting
Don't get me wrong, like I said I think it's a great thing, but why is it so hard to find love and fidelity these days. I grew up without a Dad too and sometimes I wish I had one. My mom did a fine job she is the most amazing woman I have ever met and she is my best friend but...I will always feel a void for where my father should have been. Maybe it's just me...
