Yes, I called them yesterday and the woman I spoke to, it felt like I was talking to an old friend, so helpful and not rushed.

LOVE JetBlue - The flight we had booked went down in price - I called and they credited my account with the difference! (credit towards my next flight...not a refund).

I love them. When I was stuck in New Orleans from Katrina, they bent over backwards to try and get me and my friends home safely. Way beyond the call of duty!!!

Love them. Had 2 tickets to fly to FL to see my ill grandmother 2 years ago, and she died a week before we were supposed to leave. They cancelled the tickets, and didn't make us pay the $25 per person fee they charge for a cancellation/change. They were so great, worked with them via email, they were always very compassionate and thorough.

I love them! I flew them over Christmas & had a wonderful experience. I called in the am of my flight as it was bad weather & the women I spoke to was wonderful & ensured me that I would be leaving on time. Sure enough, we left ahead of schedule!!!

I haven't really had to deal with their CS, persay....but we just recently flew home from Chicago, and had a LONG 7 hour delay in the airport.
They provided us with snacks & beverages, and a $50 voucher towards our next booking with them.
The day was a little frustrating, but in the end, they did right by us.

I was hoping to get my expired credit but they aren't that good. Oh well it's my own fault for not using it on time.

wow- I totally did not have the same experince at Palm Beach aiport
I was delayed coming back to NY 2 times in the last month with them- they did nothing- I asked for some points- and they said no
both times was over a 4 hour delay
